Dr. Chaplain is always kind, respectful, open to questions & highly knowledgeable. He also goes above & beyond to make sure everything is taken care of- for instance, a referral he made for me at a previous appt was still pending. He said it shouldn't take this long & he would take care of it and I got a phone call to schedule it the next day!

Dr Chaplain is great. Displays empathy and compassion; has timely information relevant to questions and concerns. I am amazed at his ability to stay current with changes in the healthcare policy, procedures, and recommendations. Accessible, objective, and scientific based information is getting difficult if not impossible to get currently.Makes the time to cover all concerns and questions even when he appears press for time to address all his patients who need and are waiting to discuss their issues with him. I appears to me that the healthcare insurance system is hampering his ability to meet his patients needs by limiting the reimbursement of service to some time limit [a conjecture on my parr].His bedside manner is happy, joyful and positive while maintaining a professional manner.He's a keeper!!
