I had an appointment with NP Kylie yesterday for post COVID lung congestion. I tested negative for the past 7 days, but upper respiratory symptoms were still lingering. I have seen Kylie on various occasions and prefer to see her when I am unable to see Dr. Sanjana. Kylie listens, asks me questions and is very interested in helping me. She immediately calls in medications and I receive them in less than two hours!

Saw Hector Sosa, NP at Castle Hills Family. No wait time. Immediately nurse took vitals and asked for my input on problems having. Hector Sosa came in and we discussed my history, current problem and what other facilities had said. He changed the treatment slightly and ordered other meds. Made a direct command to return back in two weeks to determine the effectiveness of his treatment plan. Hector Sosa, NP is thorough, considerate and confident in his treatment. I rate Hector 5 stars. Thanks.

I have not yet seen Dr Sanjana but this review is for NP A Flores. She is a blessing to me because for the first time in three years of being a patient of Castle Hills Family Practice have I had someone actually take their time and go over my results and try to actually find out what is going on with me instead of just prescribing me some meds right away. She is very gentle and shows that she cares about my health and now our days that is very hard to find. I would totally recommend her to anyone!

My appointment with Ms. Cook was excellent. She was friendly, thorough, and took excellent care of my health concerns. The clinic has onsite labs which make appointment very efficient.
