Who We Are

Neuro On Call is a virtual neurology clinic providing care for patients aged 14 and older. We evaluate and manage a wide range of neurological conditions, including headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, cognitive concerns, neuropathy, and other neurological symptoms.

Visits are conducted by a board-certified Physician Assistant through a secure video platform. We take a detailed medical history, review prior records, and perform a focused neurological assessment. When appropriate, we can order imaging, laboratory tests, prescriptions, therapy, and specialist referrals.

Our goal is simple: reliable neurology care without the long wait for an in-person visit.

Live translation is available in 200+ languages, including American Sign Language (ASL), at no additional charge.

We do not bill insurance for appointments. Payment is due at the time of service. This model allows us to offer straightforward pricing, …longer visit times, and care without insurance restrictions or delays.

• Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) Programming: $85
• Cognitive Testing: $100

Creyos Cognitive Testing is a validated online cognitive assessment used to evaluate memory, attention, executive function, and processing speed. It can help identify cognitive changes related to conditions such as concussion, memory concerns, or neurological disorders. Testing is completed remotely, and results are reviewed during your visit.
