This is the worst pain doctor I have ever been to. They really set me back big time. If you know someone you don’t like, I mean really don’t like...recommend Dr Brooks’ office to them. Bunch of little girls run the office and I’ve never seen Dr Brooks in the office before.

I've been seeing Dr. Brooks for years, he is an outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable individual who genuinely cares about his patients. I have no problems referring friends to his office.

If you live with chronic pain as I do you need to see Dr. Brooks for excellent pain management. Very caring, takes time to be sure you understand treatment, excellent bedside manner...

Dr. Brooks is an amazing person! He takes the time to listen to you and addresses all of your concerns. I have NEVER felt 'rush' or unheard by him or his staff. His procedures are life changing and professional! Gretchen is also amazing at helping you with any referral problems or needs! I can't speak highly enough about this establishment or the people who work there!

Exceptional Doctor. Spent the time with me to decide together on the best course of treatment. I was deeply saddened when he left the practice I was being treated at.

All the reviews I have read I had experienced the same problem. The office staff is the problem Elizabeth the office manager is the problem. I feel sorry for Doctor Brooks he trusts her, she is the wrong person for that job I don't believe the doctor reads his reviews. My wife and I have been going there for about 4yrs now and we both are leaving his practice because of the office mgr

Doctor is the best but the staff are very lacking in management of the office. Hard to reach, long long wait for call back, waited over 4 days for call back on getting authorization for medicine which insurance requires. Will probably have to wait another few days for that. They were making a joke while I waited for my appointment how much spare time they have. Yep they tend to chat more than doing their actual job. Which is a shame because Doctor Brooks is a great compassionate Doctor. Needs a office manager big time.
